INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- 250gram STRAWBERRY BLEND THEM TO SMOOTH CHILL THE BOWL & WHISK IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MIN
- 2 CUP WHIPPING OR HEAVY CREAM BEAT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM
- 1 CUP CONDENSED MILK MIX IT MIX THE BLENDED STRAWBERRY
- 1 TEASPOON STRAWBERRY EXTRACT MIX WELL 3-4 DROPS ROSE PINK FOOD COLOR
- MIX IT POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A MOULD PLACE A BAKING PAPER ON TOP COVER THE MOULD WITH A FOIL
- KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT REMOVE THE COVER NOW SCOOP OUT THE ICE CREAM
