Yes you heard it right, without a proper ice cream machine!

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 250gram STRAWBERRY BLEND THEM TO SMOOTH CHILL THE BOWL & WHISK IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MIN
  • 2 CUP WHIPPING OR HEAVY CREAM BEAT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM
  • 1 CUP CONDENSED MILK MIX IT MIX THE BLENDED STRAWBERRY
  • 1 TEASPOON STRAWBERRY EXTRACT MIX WELL 3-4 DROPS ROSE PINK FOOD COLOR
  • MIX IT POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A MOULD PLACE A BAKING PAPER ON TOP COVER THE MOULD WITH A FOIL
  • KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT REMOVE THE COVER NOW SCOOP OUT THE ICE CREAM
